I really hope to make this one day, and this video is going to be very helpful. Sometimes it’s a lot easier to watch how you make it than reading the process. Love the video (and nice to meet you virtually!!).

Gorgeous buns! I am so thrilled to find this recipe here! You know, steamed buns are my favourite “dim sum” in Chinese restaurants (to be frank, dim sum is the only stuff I order nowadays… the rest is often overpriced, too much starch, cheapest rice etc.., while dim sum are sometimes excellent and I have always thought they were too difficult to make at home. Now I can try doing them on my own! Your video makes it look not as complicated as I thought. Thank you for sharing! I will let you know if one day I manage to make at least edible buns 😉

Many years ago as a teenager, I was treated to spring rolls that were full of nothing but chinese greens, probably the outer leaves of napa. The amazing thing was that although the rolls were fried, the veggies inside were basically raw. I would love to find and experience these again. Alas, the restaurant closed less than a decade later.
